Debbie Naifeh's real estate career has spanned over 20 years with a strong focus on commercial properties as well as residential properties. The focus in the last half of her career has been that of investment properties with a strong emphasis on multi-family properties. As a continual multi-million dollar yearly producer, her clients consist of long term investors as well as investors new to the commercial market.
As the real estate market has evolved so has the marketing tools utilized. With the internet being used by nearly everyone these days, people expect immediate satisfaction and real estate is no different. Photographic tours, downloaded property profit and loss statements, maps and demographics are completed on all properties in which the seller permits and placed on a minimum of four internet webs sites with a proven visitor list of thousands during the initial listing of a property. Ads in the local newspaper are still always purchased as well which not only reach our local investors, but seem to be getting more and more response from those investors out of state due to the availability of these papers online.
Working well with other realtors in our local market and realtors out of state is another avenue often traveled. More and more confidential listings show up on the current market, but we feel this to be harmful to our Sellers as their properties are not reaching every potential buyer available and, therefore; work closely with other realtors in any given transaction.
We strive ourselves in providing the best possible representation of our clients, be them sellers or buyers by providing dependable service from the beginning of a transaction to the closing table. We work closely with Abn-Amro and Lasalle Bank, two of the leading lenders in the multi-family/commercial market and deal directly with their representatives rather than using a broker to avoid any delays in closing or increased closing costs. Yearly continuing education classes and seminars are attended to always stay on top of new laws and concepts relative to our real estate market. We also continue to research our local employment market and other trends that may affect the rental market.
